Give Me Shelter Design created curbside appeal for this diamond in the rough rental property. By removing the debris, and carefully pruning and shaping all of the existing trees, shrubs and vines we unearthed this home's curbside appeal potential, and discovered that we had enough recaptured yard space to create a new patio area with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains!. We resurfaced all the paths and walls and rebuilt all the stairs and railings surrounding this hillside property. We also recommended the installation of new landscaping materials and an automatic irrigation system to maintain them. A new color scheme for the exterior of this house is the final step taken toward the transformation of this house from a neighborhood eyesore to the newest gem.
